1. General information
This policy explains how Crown Blaster, a physics puzzle game by Sova Game Studio, handles your information. In short: the game has no account or sign-in and we never ask for your name, email or contact details. The game shows ads provided by Google AdMob and uses Google Firebase to measure how the game is played and to adjust game settings remotely; Google collects certain device data for these purposes, as described below.
2. Data we collect
Crown Blaster has no account or sign-in and no game server of our own. With your consent where required (section 6), the game sends pseudonymous usage data to Google Firebase Analytics: gameplay events (such as levels started and finished, shots, rewards, ads watched and purchases made), a random app-instance identifier, device and app information (such as device model, operating system, language and app version) and approximate location derived from your IP address. We use this data only in aggregate to understand how the game is played, balance levels and fix problems; we do not use it to identify you and we do not sell it. Firebase Remote Config lets us change game settings (such as how often ads between levels appear) without an update; it uses the same app-instance identifier. With the same consent, if the game crashes, Firebase Crashlytics sends a crash report (the error and where it happened in the game's code, device model, operating system version, free memory and disk space, and the same random identifier) so we can fix the problem. Google also receives data for advertising (section 5) and for purchases (section 4).
3. Data stored on your device
Your progress (unlocked levels, stars, in-game gold, lives and boosters), your settings (music, sound, vibration and language), your ad consent choice, the daily reward time and records of completed purchases are stored only on your device so the game can work. This information is not sent to us and is deleted when you uninstall the game. Reminders (for example "your lives are full") are local notifications scheduled on your device only if you allow notifications; no data is sent for them, and you can turn them off at any time in your device settings. The occasional rating request is shown by the system (Apple / Google) and the game receives no information about your rating.
4. In-app purchases
Crown Blaster offers optional in-app purchases: gold packs, a booster pack, a one-time starter pack, a one-time "No Ads" purchase that removes ads between levels, and cosmetic royal cannons. Payments are processed entirely by Google Play (or the Apple App Store on iOS). Sova Game Studio does not receive or store your payment card, billing address or any other payment information. The store processes purchases under its own privacy policy.
5. Advertising
Crown Blaster shows two kinds of ads provided by Google AdMob (Google LLC): rewarded video ads, which you choose to watch in exchange for an in-game reward (such as extra shots or a life), and full-screen ads that may appear between levels. There are no banner ads. To deliver, measure and personalize ads and to prevent fraud, Google may collect your device's advertising ID, IP address (and approximate location derived from it), device and app information (such as device model, operating system and language) and ad interaction data (such as ad views and taps). Sova Game Studio does not receive this data. Learn more at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites and https://policies.google.com/privacy.
6. Consent and your ad choices
In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, the game asks for your consent through Google's consent message before personalized ads are shown and before analytics data is collected; if you do not consent, analytics stays off and you may see non-personalized ads. You can change your choice at any time from Privacy options in the game's Settings. On Android you can also reset or delete your advertising ID in the device settings (Settings > Privacy > Ads). On iPhone and iPad the game asks for permission to track (App Tracking Transparency) before your advertising identifier can be used; if you decline, ads are not personalized. You can change this at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
7. Third-party services
Google Play and the Apple App Store distribute the game and process purchases. Google AdMob provides ads (section 5). Google Firebase Analytics, Firebase Remote Config and Firebase Crashlytics provide usage measurement, remote game settings and crash reports (section 2); see https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy. The game is built with the Unity engine; Unity analytics, crash reporting and hardware statistics are turned off. No other third-party services are included.
8. Children
Crown Blaster is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.
9. Your choices and data requests
The analytics data described in section 2 is pseudonymous and is kept by Google Firebase for a limited period (at most 14 months). You can turn analytics off by withdrawing consent in Privacy options (where available) and you can ask us to delete the analytics data linked to your device by writing to us; uninstalling the game also resets the app-instance identifier and removes all data stored on your device. For data collected by Google for advertising, see Google's privacy tools at https://myaccount.google.com. You can contact us with any privacy question.
10. Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new date.
